Commission Info

I reserve the sole right to deny a commission for any reason.

The payment is upfront, through PayPal. Other payment options may be open for discussion, but may or may not be accepted.

I work with a comission queue system. In the event of a queue forming, I'll ask for a 20 USD fee to secure your spot on the queue. This fee is non-refundable, unless for some reason I can't work on your project. In which case, I'll personally contact you for the refund. That 20 USD fee will then be discounted from the final commission price.

Once I start working on a commission, you cannot ask for a refund. If you cancel your order before I start working on it, please do not request a chargeback from PayPal. I will transfer you the money myself.

If for whatever reason I'm unable to start the commission, you will receive a full refund.

Please do not send me any payments until asked to. All payments should happen through PayPal invoice, unless previously discussed otherwise. For the time being, Ko-Fi will be for donations only.

The commissions are for personal use only! You may post it anywhere, but you are not allowed to make a profit from it, nor claim it as your own.

If you want to make your commision private, let me know.

The time to complete a comission varies from 1 week to 3 months, depending on complexity, other jobs, life events and whatnot.

I will send periodic prints of the project for revision and approval.

You get 3 rounds of changes included in the price, if you want to change something you previously already approved. Past those three rounds, I will charge a fee, which depends on the complexity of the change. I will clearly state you are using one of those rounds whenever that happen.

I will only advance into a subsequent phase of the process with the approval of the previous phase. For instance, I'll only start line art with the approval of the final sketch.

The more references you send, the better, and closer to your vision the piece will be. Commissions with only text descriptions may be charged an extra, depending of complexity.
